HOW LONG ARE EACH SESSIONS?
Therapy is a powerful tool to help people make positive changes in their lives. Our sessions are 60 to 90 minutes and tailored to each individual's preferences and needs. Our experienced therapists provide a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts and feelings, and find new ways to manage life's challenges. Through therapy, you can gain insight into the underlying causes of your struggles and develop the tools and skills you need to create lasting change. We are here to assist you on your journey of growth and self-discovery.

CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?
We offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. During this time, you get to speak with Natasha, let her know your reasons for seeking therapy, and determine if she would be a good fit for you. After this call, you can book a session through Natasha or online.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
Prices of sessions are based on time spent and number of clients in the sessions. Sessions range from $140 per individual 60 minute sessions to $225 per couples/family 90 minute sessions. We also offer virtual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing.
